One of the best coffees in the world. Very close to the original origin.

Balanced overall with dark chocolatey flavours

Classic

$14.00

It's a Classic because it works with everything. Milk, espresso shots and plunger.

This is a blend that is crema-matic. It oozes out as you're pouring a ristretto or espresso shot.

We picked up a Bronze Medal at 2011 Sydney Royal Fine Food Show for this one too!

Guatemalan Organic

$15.00

Guatemala is producing some very fine coffees. This is no exception! Great in the plunger or for shots, actually it's really great for shots!!

Go on have a go.

Colombian Santa Rita

$15.00

A coffee cultivated by Rigoberto Franco (DON RIGO) located in the village of Santa Rita in the micro region of Andes Antioquia.

Scoring 85/100, this superb coffee is handpicked, wet processed and sun dried.

Bundja

$15.00

Gold medal winner at the 2010 Royal Hobart Fine Food Show.

Gold Medal winner at the 2010/11 Golden Bean for Milk Based coffee.

Sourced from the Hinterland near Nimbin, New South Wales.

Plunger

$14.00

As the name suggests this blend works well in the plunger or any log brew method like dripolator or percolator. Why? Because it consists of some mild and acidy coffees that when brewed for a few minutes bring out some awesome nutty and sweet flavours.

You could also try some Single Origin Coffees for the plunger.

Cappuccino

$14.00

Developed for milk coffees and boy does it work with milk!!

As an espresso it is pretty intense though so watch out there.

For plunger this will be quite strong as well.

Espresso

$14.00

Great for short black and long black! And pretty flavoursome in the plunger too. Be prepared for a milder flavour when you add milk as this was developed for espresso.

Costa Rica La Lapa

$15.00

Really top brew in a plunger. A mild milk coffee.

We used to sell this as an all rounder some years ago but the flavours seem to have softened recently.
